All physical product orders placed on our site are sent recorded with Royal Mail.

Alternatively if you are local to us you can opt for a free in house pick up. If you are not already in contact with us for services, we will contact you via email to arrange your pick up. Pick ups are by appointment only.

All digital products purchased on our site should be automatically emailed to the account email after purchase. If you have not received your digital product via email, contact us at bladebeauty@hotmail.com with your purchase confirmation email and we will resend it to you.

All orders will be packed and shipped within 24-48hrs of receiving your order.

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. We can not be held responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address or name has been entered incorrectly.
