Business Analysis 
In your first call,  we will conduct a thorough business analysis, aiming to understand your current position and identify your goals and potential growth opportunities. We will uncover your current marketing strategies and results, income streams, unique selling points, target demographic, products & services. We'll also explore your challenges, coaching focus points, knowledge, management tools, strengths & weaknesses, consistency, motivation & responsibilities. This analysis will lay the foundation for me to tailor personalised strategies to help you achieve your goals and grow from where you currently are.
 
​Instagram Analysis 
Then I will conduct an extensive Instagram analysis to help you enhance your online presence, branding and engagement. Examining your business name, circle picture, logo, branding consistency, highlights and aesthetic. As well as your bio, followers, grid organisation, content quality, captions, hashtags and engagement. This analysis will provide you with actionable insights to optimise your Instagram strategies and attract your target audience.
 
​Personalised Business Plan
After you business and Instagram analysis', we will create your personalised business plan. Giving you a detailed overview of where you currently are in your business, your business goals and the sales and marketing strategies for how we are going to achieve them. Using this plan I will create a custom 3 month schedule segregated into daily, weekly and monthly tasks that will help guide you to strategically grow your business.
 
​X3 1hr 1-1 Facetimes (X1 Per Month)
At the beginning of every month, we will schedule a call with you to discuss your progress, wins & challenges. Here we will answer any questions, provide more detailed insights on tasks, get clear on our growth numbers and our goals for the following month.

Weekly Check-Ins & Tasks 
One of the main benefits of coaching over online courses/memberships is that you have someone who has been where you are, holding you accountable, giving you confidence and walking you through the journey holding your hand. You'll have 24/7 access to us via Whatsapp and we'll being doing weekly check-ins with you giving you personalised tasks based on your business goals.
