If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.

In order for your product to be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it (in it's original packaging).

Your item must contain receipt of purchase when you return it.

We can not refund any goods that have been opened/used.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless your item is damaged/faulty.

In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us by email at bladebeauty@hotmail.com and we will organise a replacement for you (the original product must be sent back to us before receiving your replacement).

Please retain your proof of postage when returning items, as we can not be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we have received and checked your goods, you will be sent your replacement or refund within 7 working days.

If you wish to cancel/amend an existing order, please email us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been packed/shipped can not be cancelled or changed.
