Terms & conditions.
We require a £20 non-refundable booking fee in order to secure your appointment (which will be deducted from the total of the treatment on the day / used to rebook)
Appointments will not be held without a deposit.
All appointments are prebooked via our online booking system and booked a minimum of 24hrs in advance.
Appointments can be rescheduled once, if they need to be moved again a new deposit will be required.
Cancellation of your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit.
At least 48hrs notice is required for cancellation / reschedule of an appointment.
Please do not turn up to your appointment more than 15mins early.
Please do not turn up to your appointment more than 15mins late. If so, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. A new deposit will be required for this appointment.
Ensure that you come to your appointment with clean lashes. Time taken cleaning lashes will be deducted from your treatment time, incur an automatic £5 cleaning fee and retention will not be guaranteed.
We do not infill foreign work. A removal and full set will be required.
Infills are to be every 2-4 weeks. If it has been over 4 weeks since your last appointment, a full set will automatically be charged (regardless of whether you have booked for one or not).
A minimum of 40% of your lashes should be remaining for it to be classed as an infill. If you have less than 40% of your lashes remaining at your infill appointment, a full set may automatically be charged.
If you have booked for an infill and it has turned into a full set, please let us know so that we can cater enough time for a full set. If you do not let us know, you will still be charged for a full set at your infill appointment.
Retention is not guaranteed if correct aftercare has not been followed.
Any clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a consenting parent / guardian.
Do not bring any family or friends with you to your appointment, they will be turned away.
